Description: The Executive Director is responsible for overall leadership of The Pregnancy Care Center (PCC) including day-to-day ministry operations, program development, staff leadership, volunteer engagement, fiscal responsibility, fund development, public relations, supporting the board, and strategic direction. The current emphasis will be on public relations and donor base.

Qualifications:

  • A mature believer in Jesus Christ with Christian ministry leadership experience
  • Previous experience in positions of senior leadership is desirable
  • Demonstrated leadership aptitude and personal integrity
  • Robust experience raising support from a variety of sources
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Articulate and persuasive public communicator
  • Ability to lead diverse groups of people toward shared goals
  • Multi-tasks and effectively prioritize work in an unstructured environment
  • Effectively manages a wide array of tasks, projects, and responsibilities
  • Successfully resolves conflict peaceably
  • Willing to adjust hours to accommodate the needs of the job

Detailed ED Job Description Leadership & Management (20%):

  • Lead, coach, develop, and retain PCC’s high-performance staff
  • Steward all PCC fiscal processes with excellence including drafting annual budget and
  • Managing organizational cashflow
  • Share in local churches about the work of the Pregnancy Care Centers.
  • Develop, maintain, and support a strong Board of Directors
  • Ensure effective systems to track progress and regularly evaluate program components

Fundraising & Communications (40%):

  • Execute annual fundraising plan and annual budget.
  • Manage individual, corporate, church, estate, and foundation donor relationships;including developing new partnerships.
  • Regularly communicate to donors on the updates, needs, and events at PCC.
  • Develop and implement a stewardship program aimed at deepening donor relationships
  • Speak or represent PCC at local churches and other gatherings.

Planning & Strategic Direction (30%):

  • Establish relationships with potential funders and community leaders.
  • Facilitates the strategic planning process for PCC continual expansion and growth.

General Administration (10%):

  • Facilitate monthly staff meeting
  • Recruit, train, and direct all volunteers.
  • Assist clients and daily tasks of the center.
